Red Bank is a small Mayan village about 40 miles from Hopkins. Here, you'll find yourself surrounded by seemingly endless beauty.  First on the list is a short hike to observe jungle birds including  the Scarlet Macaws and Toucans. Next, you'll head back to the village to meet your Mayan cook for chocolate making and a traditional Mayan lunch. You will learn about the cocoa plant and taste the sweet cocoa fruit used in the chocolate making process.
